About the Frilliance Rep Policy and Guidelines
The Frilliance Rep Policy and Guidelines (“Guidelines,” or “Policies,”) contain rules regarding Rep conduct. These Policies exist to ensure a level playing field for all our Reps and to support our culture of collaboration and cooperation. As expected from our Reps, the policies provide a standard that reflects fairness, authenticity, and integrity. These Policies are incorporated into the Independent Consultant Agreement (the “Agreement”).
Frilliance reserves the right to amend the Agreement, including these Guidelines at its discretion. Amendments shall become effective 30 days after notice via email and publication of the amended provisions on this Frilliance Rep Policy & Guidelines website page.

SUMMARY
Rep Eligibility
Must be a resident in the United States or Canada.
Definitions
Rep: a holder of a valid active Rep account through this Frilliance Rep website frilliance.goaffpro.com.
Customer: any purchaser of a Frilliance product
Personal website: a special version of Frilliance’s eCommerce website that is unique to each Rep. On this website, using a unique address, Customers orders made through the Rep personal website will be credited to Rep automatically. When shopping on a specific Rep’s Personal Website, these Customer orders will be credit to the Rep automatically
Becoming a Rep
To enroll as a Rep, you must complete the enrollment process by (1) filling out the application on the Frilliance website, (2) agree to the terms of the Agreement, and (3) agree to the terms of the Guidelines. Prior to final approval of enrollment, you are required to confirm and sign that you have read and agree with the Agreement and these Policies and agree to abide by them. There are no fees to join. An Enrollment Starter Rep Kit will be available at a deep discount for purchase. However, purchase of the Enrollment Starter Rep Kit is not required.
Commissions
Rep will earn 25% commission on the retail price, as discounted, if applicable on any purchase a customer makes through the Rep’s Personal Website of the Frilliance product. No commission will be earned on shipping.You earn commissions on any purchases your friends or family make through your products.
Any returns or chargebacks will be deducted from your commission (see Returns Policy). Returns are generally not offered unless if there is something wrong with the product. However, no refunds are provided after 30 days. Commissions calculations will be determined each calendar month. All orders are subject to verifications. Commissions are paid out on the 21st of the following month. Commissions will be paid directly to your PayPal account.

Promoting Frilliance Online and FTC Compliance
Being a part of our Rep Community is a special affiliation. It is reserved for those who wish to join our movement and represent our brand through product sales and education workshops. As a Rep, you represent our brand and your peers in our community. You are expected to uphold our values and protect Frilliance’s reputation.
You must avoid all deceptive, misleading, unethical or immoral conduct or practices and you must exhibit upstanding character in your professional conduct. Rep shall not engage in any conduct that may damage the reputation of Frilliance. Negative, racist, and offensive content, bullying, linking to and/or from inappropriate sites is prohibited, and may result in an immediate termination of the Agreement.
In accordance with the FTC Guidelines, as defined herein, upon enrollment and thereafter for the term of your Rep affliction, you must identify yourself as a Frilliance Independent Rep in all promotional material and social media posts.
You are expected to uphold our mission, values and protect Frilliance’s reputation. Negative or inappropriate language in posts is prohibited.
You will comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s (Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials (together the "FTC Guidelines") (http://www.ftc.gov/os/2009/10/091005revisedendorsementguides.pdf), including making:
· statements that reflect honest beliefs, opinions, and experiences;
· clear and conspicuous disclosure about any connection to Frilliance;
· Clear and conspicuous disclosure identifying the post as an endorsement
Incentives
Each month, Frilliance will text and email you the incentives for the coming month. These incentives may include Frilliance gift cards and even popular brand gift cards along with possible virtual meetups with Fiona.
Customer Concerns
Frilliance always strives to deliver the best possible experience for Reps and Customers. If any issues arise, please contact Frilliance at frilliance@fionafrills.com.
Product claims
Reps should only use stamens, claims, wording contained in officially Frilliance publications (including website, workbooks, social media posts, videos).
No inventory
Customers place orders directly on your Rep Personal Website. Customer orders will be automatically credited to Rep. You may track your sales by logging into. Reps should not purchase inventory for resale. Personal orders are for Reps personal use.
Rep Activity Requirement
You must accumulate a minimum of $400 every 6 months.
If you do not meet the minimum requirement, we will provide you with an additional sixty (60) day grace period, following the 6-month term, after which time, if you do not accumulate at least $400, we will discuss remedies for fulfilling the minimum requirement.
