Frilliance is committed to customer satisfaction. If your product(s) arrives damaged from, simply return to us within 30 days and we will replace the damaged product.

We are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your damaged product(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We ship replacement product(s) back to you for free.

Email with your order number along with a description of the damage. We’ll respond within 24 hours with the process to replace your damaged product(s).

All returns must include an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label. Return packages without an authorized RMA number will be returned to sender.
