How often do you restock Frilliance?
Frilliance is produced in small, exclusive batches to optimize freshness of our ingredients. Good things really do come in small batches!

How can I find out about restocks?

Can I sell the products on my own site?
Your purchase of Frilliance products is only for your personal use. By purchasing Frilliance products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.
Do you offer products to influencers/blogger/vloggers?
We are brand new so we don’t have a specific program for these requests. However, we love spreading the Frilliance word through all forms of social media! You can email your request to email@example.com. Please let us know all the details about your followers, content, and how you will feature Frilliance on your platform(s).

How many items can I buy at once?
Orders are limited to 10 units of each product per person.
How can I get in touch with your customer service?
For customer service inquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond within 24-48 hours (we really try to respond as quickly as we can!).
I have not received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Order confirmation emails can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
No, but setting up an account will give you access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
To reset your password, go to http://fionafrills.com/account/login and click on “reset your password?” below the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an email notification with a link to reset your password. After this, you can log in with your new password at: http://fionafrills.com/account/login
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Can I remove a saved payment method?
Of course! You can make this change on your Account page. If you need help, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code, expiry date, and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
How can I update my order?
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to update your request.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships.
How is Frilliance different from other makeup brands?
Frilliance is the original brand formulated specifically for teen-prone skin. Behind this approach to happy, teen-prone skin is beauty social influencer, Fiona Frills. Fiona loves makeup and all things makeup. Period. Working for you, is Fiona’s own personal experience with break outs. What does teen-prone mean?
We’re glad you asked! Fiona coined the term “teen-prone” skin to create a kinder way of saying “acne- or pimple-prone skin”. Who likes to say ”acne” or “pimple”?! Ugh. Frilliance products are non-comedogenic and formulated specifically for teen-prone skin. Teen skin goes through a lot changes and it is not all bad. Frilliance won’t clog pores and leaves skin feeling fresh and healthy.
Why a teen-prone t-shirt?
Too often, “teen” gets a bad rap and hearing it frequently conjures up only the negative---pimples, rebellion, unsure (or too sure), loud and boisterous (or quiet and brooding), plus a whole lot more. What teen hasn’t been accused of teen-type behavior? But being a teen is a pretty awesome time of life! What skin types are Frilliance products a good fit for?
Frilliance products are appropriate for all skin types but specifically formulated for teen-prone skin. They’re dermatologist tested, non-comedogenic (won’t clog your pores), hypoallergenic, non-irritating, paraben free, phthalate free. AND there is more---Frilliance products are free of mineral oil, free of petroleum, and we never use sodium lauryl sulfate.

What does non-comedogenic mean?
Non-comedogenic is a fancy word that means not likely to cause comedones (or clogged pores). Getting more scientific, a “comedo” is a blocked pore. The claim non-comedogenic means the ingredients in makeup and skincare products are known not to clog pores.
If you have teen-prone skin (acne, blackheads, or are prone to clogged pore), using noncomedogenic makeup and skincare, like Frilliance can help reduce the number of breakouts you get.

Do you test on animals?
No, we don’t! We’re glad you care about animals just like Fiona. Fiona is vegan and loves animals. Fiona’s pet squad includes two cats, Moto and GB, and one dog, Buoy. Fiona also fosters kittens, which is how Moto and GB came into her life. She wouldn’t dream of testing on them or any of their furry friends. Is Frilliance vegan?
The Frilliance Moisturizing Lip Gloss in Crystal Clear and Neutral Bliss and the Frilliance Refreshing Facial Mist are vegan. We are working with our lab to move to all vegan-based products but for now only these three are vegan.
Where does Frilliance ship to?
Frilliance currently ships to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico and Canada. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas in Canada might take a few extra days.

Right now we do not offer any expedited shipping options.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.
When will my order ship?
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (we try to ship everything out as quickly as we can!). After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at email@example.com. We can give you the inside info.
How can I edit my shipping address?

What is your return policy?
Frilliance is committed to customer satisfaction. If your product(s) arrives damaged from www.fionafrills.com, simply return to us within 30 days and we will replace the damaged product.
We are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your damaged product(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We ship replacement product(s) back to you for free.
Email email@example.com with your order number along with a description of the damage (photos are great to include, if you can). We’ll respond within 24 hours with the process to replace your damaged product(s).
All returns must include an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label. Return packages without an authorized RMA number will be returned to sender.
