What are the requirements to join the Frilliance Rep / Direct Retail program?

The only requirement to join the Frilliance Rep program is to enroll and signup using this link: frilliance.goaffpro.com

There are NO sign up fees or monthly fees.

There is NO minimum number of social media followers required.

There is NO age requirement. More details on this below if you are under 18 years old.

Why should I join the Frilliance Rep / Direct Retail program?

Frilliance paves the way for teens like you to create that confident and authentic, brilliant beauty for everyone.

How do I enroll into the Frilliance Rep / Direct Retail program?

To enroll as a rep, you must complete the enrollment process by filling out the application at this link: frilliance.goaffpro.com

Then, agree to the terms of the Program Guidelines & Agreement (Terms & Condition). There will be link a to download the entire document to review when you sign up. Enrolling as a Rep you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions. An electronic version will be also be emailed to you after you enroll.

How many Reps are you looking to sign up?

Initially, we have promoted this to a select group of Frilliance customers and Fiona’s subscribers. We are looking to grow the Frilliance Direct Retail program over the coming months. 

Do I get to work with Fiona to help sell Frilliance?

Fiona & the Frilliance Team will be working with you closely to build this program and help you build your own business with Frilliance sales.

What will working as an Independent Rep for Frilliance look like?

As a Frilliance Rep, you are your own boss. You are building your own business by selling Frilliance products and earning a commission. We provide workshops and guidance on how best to build your selling business and earn your commission on sales. 

What is the commission rate for Frilliance Reps?

A Rep will earn 25% commission on the retail price, as discounted if coupons applied, on any purchases a customer makes through the Rep’s Personal Website. No commission on shipping.

How do you make money? 

When your customers use your specific Frilliance Rep Personal Website, the order will be credited to you automatically with that sale. You earn 25% commission on each customer order less any discounts applied to an order.

What is a Frilliance Rep Personal Website?

When you enroll in the Rep program, a Personal Website, which is a special version of Frilliance’s eCommerce website that is unique to each Rep. By providing your Personal Website with this unique address, Customer orders made through your Personal Website will be credited to you automatically. 

An example of a Rep Personal Website would be: frilliance.com/janesmith (link does not work; this is an example) 

Will I get a personalized link that I can give to my friends, family, associates, and others that want to buy Frilliance? 

Yes. When you fill out the application, you create your own Personalized Website link. An example: frilliance.com/janesmith (link does not work; this is an example)

Are there any fees to join?

There are NO FEES to participate in this program. Zero. Try it out, see if it's for you, and it won't cost you a dime. There are no fees to join. There are no monthly fees.

Do I have to own Frilliance products? 

There is no requirement to have any, all, or extra Frilliance products. Having the products will help you talk about Frilliance products from your own experience. Again, you are not required to buy anything, but if you choose to, you’ll be equipped with top-rated skincare cosmetics for teens. 

How will Frilliance help me sell? 

Frilliance provides marketing and sales materials along with workshops to help you sell Frilliance products. Your selling techniques will be unique to you. Family and friends are a good place to start and build confidence. With workshops and sales materials, we will guide you through expanding your personal network and opening more opportunities for you to sell Frilliance

Do I need to spend money on marketing? 

No, we do not recommend spending money on marketing. Your time, effort, connections, and communications to your network of friends, family, associates is all you need. In addition, we provide you marketing and sales materials to help you sell. 

Can I earn commission on my own purchases?

Yes, you can earn commissions on your own purchases. 

How can I track my sales and commissions? 

When you enroll in the program, you create a login and password. You can sign back into the Frilliance Rep Dashboard anytime to view your commissions and sales. 

How do I get the commission I earn?

We require that you have a PayPal account. You will need to provide a valid PayPal email in your Frilliance Rep Dashboard in order to be paid. 

How often will I get paid?

Commissions calculations will be determined each calendar month and paid by the 21st of the following month. For example, commissions earned in June will be paid on July 21.

What if I am under 18 years old?

If you are under 18 years old, you will need to enter a parents email when you enroll in the Rep program. The terms and conditions will be emailed to the parent. Also, depending on how you file your taxes, either you or a parent will need to complete a W-9 form (for U.S. citizens).

Do I need to fill out a W-9 form?

Yes, if you are a U.S. citizen, we will need to have a W-9 form filled out with the Social Security Number of the person who will be reporting the commissions earned from Frilliance sales.

Will I get free Frilliance products?

No, but besides earning commissions on sales, we will have monthly incentives which can be used for Frilliance products and more.

What will the incentive program look like?

Each month we will text and email you the incentives for the coming month. 

These incentives will include Frilliance gift cards and even popular brand gift cards along with virtual meet ups with Fiona to discuss new products, marketing and sales.

Do you have a Starter Kit that you offer at a deep discount? 

Once you are enrolled as a Frilliance Rep, you will receive a personal coupon for a deep discount on a Starter Kit. You will earn your 25% commission on any purchases including your Starter Kit. 

Do we get free Frilliance products for potential customers to try out Frilliance?

At this time we do not have free samples. We are working on affordable and sustainable ways to offer samples as part of this Frilliance Direct Retail program. In the meantime, we have the Starter Kit, besides the lip glosses most can be used for potential customers to swatch and feel the product formula.

What is the minimum to sell to remain in the Frilliance Rep / Direct Retail program?

You must accumulate a minimum of $400.00 USD in retail sales every 6 months. 

What if I don’t sell $400.00 in 6 months? 

We have a 60 day grace period for your first 6 months. If after this grace period you have not met the minimum, we will schedule a call to discuss how best we can help you meet your goals.

When we start and it doesn't work for us are we allowed to stop right away or would we have to owe anything back ?

You may terminate your relationship with Frilliance as an Independent Rep at any time, immediately upon notice. You will never owe anything back. All unpaid commissions earned will be paid accordingly by the 21st of the following month.

Can I stop the Frilliance Rep program at any time?

You may terminate your relationship with Frilliance as an Independent Rep at any time, immediately upon notice. You will never owe anything back. All unpaid commissions earned will be paid accordingly by the 21st of the following month.

How does this program work for Canadian citizens? 

Yes, you can join if you are Canadian. However, all transactions will be in USD. 

We know the cost of shipping internationally is expensive. We pass on the shipping costs only. There is no profit in our shipping costs. 

Is the Frilliance Rep program international?

At this time, the Frilliance Rep program is for U.S. and Canada only.
